Com Açúcar, Com Afecto is the result of a research process developed during the Grão artist residency in October 2021. In the first moment, the work comes from the analogue recording of a moment of sharing, where I asked the other residents to cook each other’s favourite dish. In the second moment, it’s my turn to cook those dishes again, building a structure that brings us back to that moment.
